That's the most confusing part, our setup "works" because clients can connect - just not consistently. ![]() ![]() It seems to be completely random - a client will connect without issue one day in the same building, the next day they will get repeated timeouts in the same office. If you hit connect again on the client, you will get a successful connection on the 2nd or 3rd try, in other instances the log shows these TIMEOUT events (same error) many times over for the same client. We have an ongoing issue where wireless clients will not complete authentication, ClearPass will show a TIMEOUT event for these attempts with: Error: 9002 Request timed out (RADIUS Client did not complete EAP transaction) ![]() ![]() We're using Aruba/Airwave & ClearPass (both in VMs) Reaching out here in desperation/hope that someone has seen this before - TAC cases so far haven't really led anywhere.
